Cancellation Policy - Our G&D Family values your business. We understand events happen and schedules change. In our desire to be effective and fair to our clients as well as our stylists, we will be implementing the following policy:
We are requesting you to notify us no less than 48 hours of your cancellation. Missing an appointment or not giving proper notice of your cancellation will result in a 50% cancellation fee. This fee must be paid in full prior to rescheduling your next service.
